Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until
smooth and creamy. Press 1 pkg rolls in bottom of
pan. Pour cream cheese filling over top. Top with
another pkg of rolls. Beat egg whites until frothy.
Spread on rolls.
Mix sugar, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Serve cold. 9 X 13 pan.
