     Egg Souffle

Ingredients
1/4 cup oleo
18 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 cup milk
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup onions
 

Instructions
Set oven at 325° Heat oleo in 9 X 13 pan. Tilt dish to coat bottom. Beat eggs, sour cream, milk, salt and onion. Pour. Bake 15 minutes until eggs are set.
Cut in half.
