Heat oven to 350. Grease 13X19 inch pan. In large bowl combine first four ingredients. Stir by hand until well mixed. Pour into prepared pan. 25 to 30 min ir until toothpick comes out clean.
In small saucepan combine sugar, margarine and milk. Boil, stirring constantly 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir in chocolate pieces until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
