     Shredded BBQ Beef

Ingredients
4 lb. chuck roast
1 lg. onion chopped
1 cup celery diced
4 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup catsup
2 tbsp. worchester sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
 
1 cup H20

Instructions
Mix well. Pour juices over meat. Put meat in dutch oven, slow cooker or nesco roaster. Do not brown. Pour sauce over meat. Take 2 forks and shread meat - removing any bones or fat. Serve on hamburger buns or hard rolls.
Slow cooker 4-6 hours or 350 degrees for 2.5 to 3 hours.
