Sprinkle both sides of meat with H20. Then
tenderizer. Place in shallow pan. Combine remaining
ingredients. Pour over meat and let stand 2-3 hours.
Turn meat once. (Best if left overnight).
On broiler pan sprayed with PAM broil steak 10
minutes on each side for rare.
Good on grill.
