     Fried Rice

Ingredients
Instant Brown Rice (2 cups, cooked)
Vegetables (peas, corn, carrots, green onion)
Chopped garlic (1/2 tbsp)
Sesame oil (1 1/2 tbsp)
Vegetable oil (1 1/2 tbsp)
Soy Sauce (2 1/2 tbsp)
Ground Ginger (dash)
Rice vinegar (dash)
 

Instructions
Cook instant brown rice according to instruction (1/3 cup water less than recommended). Once cooled, cook in microwave for 1 minute uncovered.
Add sesame, vegetable oil and rice vinegar to frying pan, heat on medium heat. Add vegetables and garlic. Saute until crisp.
Add rice, soy sauce and ground ginger. Stir fry until vegetables and rice begin to cook.
Serve & enjoy!
