     PIE CRUST--LARGE AMOUNT

4 CUP FLOUR
2 TEAS SALT
1 3/4 CUP SHORTENING
1 EGG
1/2 CUP WATER
1 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR
 

Instructions
MIX FIRST 3 INGREDIENTS WITH FORK. IN SEPARATE BOWL, MIX NEXT 3 INGREDIENTS. COMBINE THE 2 MIXES STIRRING WITH FORK UNTIL MOIST. MOLD INTO BALL, CHILL 15 MINUTES. ROLL INTO CRUST. CAN BE KEPT IN REFRIGERATOR UP TO 3 DAYS. FREEZES WELL
