Dice the onions and cook with the chicken breast(cut into small strips), garlic and a pinch of curry (I use a non-stick pan to avoid using oil). Add in mushrooms, pine nuts and sundried tomatoes.
When chicken is cooked add in the hopla light ane leave to simmer.
In the mean time boil the pasta (approx 8 mins) and after draining it well mix into the sauce and leave to cook for another two mins.
