     BREAD - Pumpkin Bread

1 cup margarine, softened
2 cups brown sugar, packed
1 cup granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 16 oz can pumpkin
1/4 cup water
3 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves.
1 cups nuts

Cream margarine, brown sugar, granulate sugar and eggs together. Add pumpkin and water. Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together. Add to pumpkin mixture. Blend well. Add nuts.
Pour into 2 9 x 5 prepared loaf pans, Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 5 minutes. Cool in pan 5 minutes.
Turn out onto kitchen towel and cool completely. Wrap tightly in foil. Keeps well. May be frozen for up to 2 months. (Be sure to cool completely before slicing - preferably overnight.)
