Method-
Preheat oven 160C and prepare 14 cupcake cases.
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until
flour is incorporated and you have a smooth
batter.
Put spoonfuls of batter in paper cases.
Before baking put a pinch of brown sugar over each
cup cake.
Bake for about 25 minutes depending on your oven.
Test with a skewer .
