     Swiss Cheese Pie

Ingredients
150 grams sifted whole wheat flour
1/4 tsp. Himalayan Crystal Salt
50 gr. Organic Butter - cold, cut in pieces
75 ml purified water
200 ml organic whole milk - 100 ml organic whole milk
2 large organic eggs
300 grams imported Gruyere Cheese
1 Tbsp sifted whole wheat flour
Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Cut the butter into the flour and salt Add Very Cold Water Mix until dough is formed. Do not over-mix Roll dough to fit into a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan
Coarsely grate cheese Mix in 1 tbsp. flour, salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Bake on lower shelf for 30 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with 2 or 3 different salads that are colorful
