     Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

Ingredients
Frozen pie crust
1tbsp butter
1 cup chopped onion
6 large eggs
3/4 cup heavy cream
package of broccoli florets
1 cup sharp cheddar grated
 
Instructions
Melt butter in pan. Add onion and season with salt and pepper, cook until light golden 8-10 minutes.
Whisk together eggs and cream. Add onion, steamed broccoli and cheese. Mix together and pour into pie crust
Bake at 375 40 to 45 minutes until center is set.
