     Fresh Peach Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups canned peaches, drained and mashed or blended
3/4 cup oil
2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
dash salt
For Sauce-
 
1 cup sugar
1/2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter
2 egg yolks
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions
Mix together sugar and egg. Add peaches and oil. Sift dry ingredients together and add to peach mixture.
Grease and flour bundt pan or loaf pans. Pour into pan(s) and cook at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes (or until cake tests done).
For sauce, mix ingredients together and cook over low heat until it thickens.
Serving Suggestions
Serve the sauce warm over cake with fresh peach slices.
