Wash and dry chicken then rub with 3/4 of the
spice mix
Put the cut vegetables in an oven dish and
sprinkle remaining spice mix drizzle about a
tablespoon of oil and the soy sauce and mix in
well I use my hands.
Place the chicken thighs skin side up on top and
bake in 180C oven for about 15 minutes then take
out and turn over the chicken pieces.
After about 10 minutes check turn over again skin
side up and drizzle the honey over . Put back in
the oven until its a lovely golden brown colour.
