Heat oil in a large frying pan or wide saucepan.
When its hot add the cumin & mustard seeds,they
will splutter so cover.
Then add the spices and mix and fry for about 2
minutes.
Add the butter and stir until it melts then take
off heat and toss the potatoes in the spices
,season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Put the potatoes on a baking tray or dish pour the
lemon juice on top,sprinkle the dill tops or
chopped fresh dill and bake until its golden .
