Ingredients
1 cup margarine
1 & 1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 & 3/4 cup flour (If sticky use another 1/4 cup flour)
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar/additional
2 teaspoons cinnamon
 

Instructions
Mix together margarine, 1 and 1/2 cups sugar and eggs. Beat well. Blend in flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in mixture of 2 tablespoons sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in a preheated 400 degree oven.
