-crumble the bisciuts in a food processor,add the
melted butter and mix well.place in a 20cm flat
ring with a push-up base.
-Melt the white chocolate in a glass bowl set over
a pan of simmering water.
-mix the cream cheese,cream and caster sugar
together in a medium sized bowl until
smooth.Quickly add the melted white chocolate and
fold through.
-Next arrange the cherries over the biscuit
base.Leaving a few to decorate the
cheesecake.Spoon the cream cheese filling over the
cherries and smooth the top with a palatte knife.
-Place in the fridge and chill for 2 hours or more
before serving.
-decorate with the remaining cherries and remove
the flan ring and serve.
