Ingredients
3 1/2 cups milk
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup cold water
12 tsp salt
 

Instructions
1. In a large saucepan, bring milk just to simmering.
2. in a small bowl, combine cornmeal, cold water and salt. Slowly add cornmeal mixture to ho milk, stirring constantly.
3 Cook and stir until mixture comes to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until mixture is thick, stirring occasionally.
