Cut in 1 stick of butter like pie crust until dough looks like oatmeal. Add strawberries and chocolate chips and stir till covered with flour. Add 2-3 cup milk knead it but not too long! Gather into a ball and pat onto a floured board in 1/2 inch thick circle. Cut into wedges. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake 425 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or till golden.
