Melt 125g butter,3/4 cup soft brown sugar and
vanilla in a saucepan,thn take off heat and stir
in 2 ripe mashed bananas, 1beaten egg and 1and 1/2
cups self raising flour and 1/4 cup milk. Mix well
then put in a greased tin.You can if you wish
sprinkle the top with some brown sugar Bake in
preheated oven 170C ,gas mark 4 for approx 35mins
depending on type of oven used.
