Chop a medium onion ,a carrot & celery and fry
,add some cumin ,then add the red lentils and fry
a little.With 1 pkt 250g lentils I add 1.50lt
chicken stock ,juice of a lemon and seasoning and
let it simmer until lentils are cooked . Then
blend until its creamy .
