Melt 125g margerine & 150g brown sugar,take off
heat mix in 2 mashed ripe bananas ,add 60ml milk
and 1 beaten egg, 200g self raising flour,1/2 tspn
ground cinnamon mix til smooth then fold in the
chocolate chips. Put in a greased tin and bake in
160C for about 35mins til when you check with
skewer its done.
I even used this instead of the biscuit base in
Banoffi recipe ,used same quantity but in a larger
springform tin so it has a lower base.
