     Refrigerator mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
8 or 9 medium to large potatoes
3oz. cream cheese
8oz. sour cream
1 tbsp. garlic or onion salt
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. paprika
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Cook potatoes until tender. Drain. Mash and beat cream cheese, sour cream until fluffy. Add salt. Refrigerate in a greased 2qt casserole dish. Dot with butter.
When ready to serve take out. Sprinkle with paprika and cheese. Bake at 350° 1 hour or until warmed through.
May be kept in refrigerator for 1 week. Take out any amount and warm.
