     Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 pkgs. Inland Valley Simply Shreds Potatoes
2 lbs. hash browns
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 -16oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 cup melted butter
 

Instructions
Thaw potatoes. Mix all of the above. Grease 9 X 13 pan.Mix 1 1/2 cup crushed cornflakes with another 1/4 cup butter melted. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350° 45 minutes to an hour.
Optional- low fat soup, sour cream and cheese
