     Sweet Sour Beets

Ingredients
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 cup h20
Beets boiled and peeled
 
Instructions
Boil vinegar, sugar and H20. Add Beets and boil again. Add pickling spices to brine when boiling.
1/4 bushel is X 6 9 lbs. beets is X3 brine
