Boil Farro in salted water. There are various
differing opinions on how to cook this. I have
cooked this countless times over the past 8 or so
years and the results I obtain are good. There is
no need to soak overnight, if you decide to do so
you basically just cut out 10 minutes cooking
time. If you do not soak it does not mean that you
will be cooking Farro for ever and a day. Just
throw the Farro in right from the start and let it
boil. It should take around 25 mins. Depends on
how you like your cereals. I cannot stand mush!
Farro is lovely because it has a nutty taste.
After 20 minutes, take out a grain, taste and
check.
