Sautee the onions and garlic together in a few drops of olive oil. In a separate pan start sauteing the mushrooms. Meanwhile, combine the tomato paste, tomato sauce, and tomato puree in a large pot. Simmer and add the dried herbs. Stir in the heavy whipping cream, liquid smoke, olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Add in the mushrooms, onions, and garlic. Gently heat but do not boil.
