Cut up 2-3 jalapenos and bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove skin and take seeds out. Puree jalapenos in blender with rest of ingredients. Only use the seeds from one or more jalapeno depending on how hot you like it. If they are hot enough, do not use any seeds. Most of the time I only use two jalapenos.
