Place 1 tortilla in an ungreased skillet over medium heat. Sprinkle lightly with grated cheese and top with second tortilla. Cook for about 2 minutes on each side or until cheese melts. Let cool for 2 minutes, then cut into wedge pie style, serve with salsa and sour cream (optional). Makes 1.
