     Stuffed Eggplants and Big Marrows

Cut them length wise then scooped the inside flesh. Rubbed them with some oil and salt and baked them. Put the scooped flesh in the food processor to shred it .Put it in a sieve to get rid of the excess liquid. Fried some chopped onions,added 2 bayleaves,mixed and all spice,then the minced beef and after the shredded inside flesh . Added tomato paste seasoning,some cayenne pepper and thyme. Let it simmer .
Prepared the sliced potatoes and onions and satueed them then added some stock and simmered to cook the potatoes half way . Put the potatoes and onions on the bottom of the baking dish. Took bay leaves out of meat sauce and added a beaten egg and grated cheese. Filled the eggplant and marrows skin and put them on top. Filled some white onions with the remaining meat sauce. Sprinkled some grated cheese and baked .
