Slice the chicken breasts in half then slice
through the thickness from 2 chicken breasts you
get 8 pieces, season well with salt & pepper. I
first dip in seasoned flour,then in egg and milk
then in breadcrumbs . In the breadcrumbs I mix in
dried chopped garlic,lemon pepper and some
turmeric. Then I put in a greased oven tin and put
a small piece of butter on each piece and bake in
a 200 C oven until nicely browned .
