     BREAD MACHINE GLAZED CINNAMON ROLLS

Ingredients
2 1/2 c. bread flour
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, softened
3/4 c. plus 2 Tbs. water
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. bread machine yeast
Cinnamon Filling ,
2 Tbs. margarine or butter, softened
Vanilla Glaze
 

Instructions
Measure carefully, placing all ingredients except cinnamon filling, 2 Tbs. margarine and vanilla glaze in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select Dough/Manual cycle. Grease square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Prepare Cinnamon Filling. Flatten dough with hands or rolling pin into 9-inch square on lightly floured surface. Spread with 2 Tbs. margarine; sprinkle with Cinnamon filling. Roll dough up tightly; pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cut roll into 1 inch slices. Place in pan. Cover and let rise in warm place 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until double. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from pan to wire rack. Drizzle vanilla glaze over warm rolls. Serve warm. Cinnamon Filling 1/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. ground cinnamon Mix ingredients. Vanilla Glaze 1 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1 to 2 Tbs. milk Mix all ingredients until smooth and thin enough to drizzle.
