1- 18 1/4 oz. white cake mix 1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. oil 3 eggs
Beat above ingredients together for 2 minutes. Divide batter into 2 Pam-sprayed
9-inch loaf pans.
Combine-
1/2 c. chopped pecans (can be toasted) 1/3 c. oats
1/4 c. brown sugar 1 Tbs. cinnamon
Sprinkle half of mixture into each pan. Swirl into batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
