Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Sift flour, baking powder, sugar and salt together. Add berries and mix until well-coated. In a small bowl, beat eggs well and add melted butter and milk. Quickly stir liquid mixture into dry mix. Stir just until blended. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Sprinkle a 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon sugar on top of each muffin. Bake for 20 minutes or until brown. Yield- 12-14 muffins.
