     POPPY SEED BREAD

Combine in small bowl- 3 c. unsifted flour 1/2 tsp. salt 1-1/2 tsp. baking powder 3 tsp. poppy seeds In a large bowl combine and cream- 2 c. sugar 1-1/2 tsp. almond extract 3 eggs 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla 1-1/2 c. oil 1 tsp. butter flavoring Set aside--1-1/2 c. milk. Mix together alternating milk, creamed mixture and dry ingredients. Mix well. Pour into 3 floured loaf pans (small). Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Glaze- 1/4 c. orange juice 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. almond extract Melt over low heat and pour over warm loaves.
