     Honey Baked Lentils

Ingredients
1 cup uncooked lentils
2 cups water
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1 clove garlic, minced
1 cup black quinoa
 

Instructions
Cook the black quinoa with 2 cups of water in a rice cooker - set aside to do its thing while you're making the lentils.
Combine all ingredients in a pot - bring to a boil, then simmer for about 30 minutes, or until lentils are soft. Serve on black quinoa.
Serving Suggestions
200 calories per serving.
