     Chicken enchiladas

Ingredients
5 chicken breast
1 stick butter
Onions, if desired
1 8 oz. cream cheese
10 flour tortillas
Monetary jack cheese
1 can evaporated milk
 

Instructions
Cook and dice chicken. Melt butter and sauté onions. Add cream cheese and melt together. Add chicken. Use about 10 tortillas and fill and put in 9x13. Shred monteray jack on top and add can of evaporated milk. Cook 350 for 30 mins.
