     Crab Dip

Ingredients
3 lbs cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 tbsp cream sherry (not dry)
8 oz backfin crab meat
1 cup half-and-half
2 tsp Old Bay
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Sliced French bread or celery sticks for serving
 

Instructions
Heat cream cheese in oven, in its wrapping, at 350 for 10 minutes. Saute onions in sherry in until soft and translucent.
Mix cream cheese, onions, half-and-half, Old Bay, cayenne and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in crab meat trying not to break it up too much.
Heat in casserole dish in oven. Serve with bread or celery.
