Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. margarine
2 pkgs. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
4 c. flour
Cream Cheese Mixture-

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (Can use 1 pkg. if desired as it is a lot to put into bread)
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 egg
2 tsp. vanilla
Glaze-
2 c. powdered sugar
4 Tbs. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
Stir sour cream over low heat in a saucepan. Add sugar, salt and margarine. Sprinkle yeast over warm water, let dissolve. Add sour cream mixture, eggs and flour. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll each into an 8 x 12-inch rectangle. Prepare cream cheese mixture; spread 1/4 of the mixture on each rectangle. Roll into log form, slit each roll diagonally across the top 3 times. Arrange on a Pam-sprayed jelly roll pan. Cover, let rise for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. While loaves are still warm, cover with the glaze.
