     SOCK-IT-TO-ME COFFEE CAKE

Ingredients
Streusel Filling-
1 pkg. Duncan Hines Moist Deluxe Butter Golden Cake Mix, divided
2 Tbs. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
Cake-
4 large eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. vegetable oil
 
¼ c. water
¼ c. sugar
Glaze-
1 c. powdered sugar
1 to 2 Tbs. milk

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Pam spray a 10-inch tube pan or bundt pan. For streusel filling, combine 2 Tbs. dry cake mix, brown sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl; stir in pecans, set aside. For cake, combine remaining cake mix, eggs, sour cream, oil, water and sugar in large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour 2/3 of batter into pan. Sprinkle with streusel filling. Spoon remaining batter evenly over filling. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert. Glaze- Combine powdered sugar and milk in small bowl, stir until smooth. Drizzle over cake.
