Spray a 9 x 13 in. pan with non-stick cooking spray and place frozen rolls in pan. Melt the butter and add the Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Pour mixture over the frozen rolls, and cover with plastic wrap sprayed with Pam also. Let rise 4 to 5 hours (there is speedier method on the roll package). Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
