Place:
One medium onion - Diced
1/2- 1 cup baby carrots
3 Large Potatoes Pealed and cubed
in salt water overnight
Place a thin layer of the onions on the bottom of a slow cooker
place a 1/2 stick of butter sliced on top of the onions
Soak the 1.5 lb roast in Worcestershire sauce
Pack a 1/2 cup brown sugar around roast
Put the carrots and Potatoes around the Roast
Season with Onion Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, Seasoned Salt and more Worcestershire sauce.
Cook for Four hours on Low
Cook last hour or two on High
