     Banana Bread

Ingredients
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce OR vegan margerine
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1-1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
1) Preheat the oven to 350°F.
2) Cream together the applesauce / vegan margarine and sugar, then stir in the flour and baking powder and baking soda. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
3) Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for 50 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Calories- approx. 100 calories for a semi-thin slice
