     Pear & Pineapple Marmalade

Ingredients
1 peck pears (pared & ground)
5 lbs. sugar
1 large can crushed pineapple
juice of 1 lemon
 
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in enamel kettle. Stir well. Boil and stir constantly until thick. About 1 1/2 hrs. Put in canning jars and seal.
