preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly oil 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.
Whisk together the flour, baking poweder, pumpkin pie spice, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl; set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, oil, egg and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined (do not overmix). Pour into prepared loaf pan.
Bake for 55-60 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes, transfer to a wire rack to cool fully before icing. To prepare icing- combine all icing ingredients and drizzle over pumpkin bread.
