     Puff Pastry Prosciutto Pinwheels

Category   Appetizers
Sub Category   Gameday-Tailgate
Preptime   45 min.

Ingredients
1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
2 tblsp. honey mustard
1/4 pound thinly sliced prosciutto
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
Thaw pastry according to package directions (approx. 30 min.). Preheat oven to 400. Lay pastry out flat, press dough with fingers to smooth out folds. Spread mustard on pastry. Arrange prosciutto evenly to cover all the pastry.
Sprinkle evenly with cheese. Lightly press cheese into prosciutto with rolling pin.
Starting at one end, roll up the pastry like a jelly roll just to the middle of the dough, roll the other the same way. Where the rolls meet, pinch together lightly and if needed, use a small amount of water.
You may freeze them at this point. They cut easier if refrigerated. Thaw before cutting if frozen. Cut into 1/2 slices or smaller. Place slice flat on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 for 10 min. Turn and bake 5 min. more. Serve warm.
