     Tender Pork and Hominy

Ingredients
1+- lb pork roast (the cheaper the better)
Onions ( 1 to 3)
3-4 cans of Yellow Hominy (it's good, really!)
2 cups Stock (chix, veg, any)
Garlic, to taste
Cumin 1 tsp
2 T flour
 

Instructions
Cube pork roast and brown, add garlic, dice onion(s) while pork is browning
Add onion(s) and turn heat down and continue to simmer for about 25 min
Add hominy (with or without liquids) and stock and continue to simmer another 20 minutes. Add cumin, stir. Add flour to thicken stock..
Cook 5 more minutes......... & serve. The pork should become very tender and yummy.
