Cook mushrooms in butter in the pan till browned, add a little
pesto sauce, let the mushrooms simmer in the sauce and the add a
tiny bit of milk, mozzarella, and fresh spinach.
Cook for thirty more seconds. Add mayonnaise to the bread and
then top with the mushroom sauce.
If you want a poached egg on top, boil the water before had and
add poached egg at the end on top of the sandwich.
