2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced into 1/2 circles

1 teaspoon asian chile sauce (or more!)

1 tablespoon soy sauce
|

1 tablespoon rice vinegar
|

juice of 1/2 a lime
|

2 teaspoons brown sugar

Instructions |

marinate chicken in 1 cup lime vinegrette.

make a cucumber salad from cucumbers, 1/3 cup lime vinegrette, and cilantro or parsley. set aside.

make dipping sauce from chile sauce, soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, vinegar, peanut butter, and 1/4 cup hot water.

|
grill chicken til done. serve with cucumber salad and dipping sauce on the side.
