     STRAWBERRY SPORTS DRINK

Ingredients
1 c. 1% or 2% milk
1/2 c. strawberries, fresh or frozen
5 to 6 ice cubes
 

Instructions
In a blender, combine milk and strawberries. Cover and blend until smooth, about 20 seconds. Pour into a tall glass. Makes 1 serving. Variation- For a thicker shake, add a peeled and sliced frozen banana. Use any combination of fresh or frozen fruits.
